A physician, John Ellis has had his photography published in “A New Beginning” from The National Library of Photography, and has won several awards.  Helen Ellis has had winning images in NANPA (North American Nature Photographers’ Assn) annual competitions, as well as Nature’s Best Photography and Birder’s World magazines.  Her images have been used in national advertisements, as well as Wild Bird Feeding Industry’s web site.  They are Nature Photographer Magazine field contributors.  They have a successful line of greeting/note cards featuring their photographs.  Their work is presented as fine giclee’ prints.  Licensing is available on some images. 
     Retired from medicine and nursing, both are both still working.  John consults for the government, and Helen owns and operates Backyard Boutique.  They enjoy being out and trying to capture some of the beauty of Nature.
